General Provisions

Password Protection
Keep your password strong and change it regularly. If someone gains unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Session Management

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).

Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- Wagering requirement on the bonus: 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus can only be received once.
- Only one account per household or IP address will be eligible for the bonus.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
Ongoing Promotions
Ongoing promotions and cashback offers change from time to time. The specific terms of each offer are detailed on the relevant promotion page or by email.
VIP Program Cashback
Weekly cashback applies according to VIP tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Bonus funds and amounts where the wagering requirement has not been met cannot be withdrawn. bbk33 reserves the right to close an account in cases of bonus abuse.
Game Rules
All games available on bbk33 — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and others — are operated by third-party game providers. The individual rules of each game apply.
Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Additional betting limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.
Technical Errors
Winnings obtained due to a technical error or software malfunction will be considered void. bbk33 is not liable for any payout in such circumstances.
- Game results are determined by the software's Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If the internet connection is lost, the result of the round in progress is automatically saved.
- In the case of disputed results, server logs will be considered as final evidence.
Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities is a serious violation of bbk33's terms and may result in the immediate closure of the account:
- Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
- Sharing an account or colluding with other players.
- Providing false or misleading information.
All deposits and winnings of accounts involved in prohibited activities will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Intellectual Property
bbk33's website, logo, design, software, content and trademarks are entirely the owned or licensed property of bbk33.
- Copying, distributing or commercially using any content from bbk33 without prior written permission is prohibited.
- Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
- Assets belonging to third-party game providers are protected under their own licences.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbk33 is not liable for:
- Game disconnections or data loss caused by internet connection issues.
- Server downtime of third-party payment providers.

- Indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit.
